8 boneless, skinless
chicken breasts 2 cups bread stuffing mix
Sliced mozzarella
cheese 1
cube butter, melted
1 recipe cream of
chicken soup
Directions:
Place chicken
breasts in lightly buttered baking dish. Cover with mozzarella cheese slices.
Make up cream of chicken soup recipe from chicken broth (or use canned cream of chicken with 1/2 cup milk if your bladder can tolerate it). Mix butter and bread stuffing mix and sprinkle over top. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for 30 minutes. Serve over a bed of rice with some yummy
veggies.
